Christine Jael Awuor is an accomplished inclusive education advocate, caregiver, and institutional leader with a strong commitment to providing dignified, individualized support to children, families, and vulnerable populations.

She is the Founder of Teule School, an inclusive learning institution dedicated to supporting both neurodiverse and typically developing learners within a structured, nurturing, and development-focused environment. Under her leadership, the school has embraced inclusive education practices that prioritize individualized learning, behavioral regulation, and holistic child development.

Christine brings extensive hands-on experience working with children with autism, ADHD, speech and language delays, sensory processing challenges, and other developmental differences. Her expertise is grounded in practical application, with a focus on routine-based support systems, emotional regulation, and personalized care strategies that enhance both learning and well-being.

In addition, she is the Director of Loveta Homecare Services, a professional caregiving initiative that extends support beyond the classroom into the home environment. Through this platform, she provides structured and compassionate care to neurodiverse children and adolescents, learners requiring academic and behavioral support, elderly individuals, and clients undergoing long-term or recovery care. Her model emphasizes continuity of care, ensuring alignment between educational, therapeutic, and home-based support systems.

Roselyn Kasera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience and deep expertise in the hospitality industry, particularly in leisure and recreational services. Over the years, she has demonstrated strong leadership and operational excellence within the sector.

She is actively involved in community service, with a passion for supporting the less privileged, the elderly, and other vulnerable members of society. Her commitment to social impact is reflected in her hands-on engagement and advocacy for inclusive community support systems.

Currently, Roselyn serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Fisherman’s Lounge, Kitengela, where she provides strategic leadership and drives service excellence. In addition, she holds the position of Chairperson of the Community Mamas Welfare, where she champions welfare initiatives and community empowerment programs.
Sophia Ndunge Gichuhi
ADMINISTRATOR | ENTREPRENEUR
Sophia Ndunge Gichuhi is a strategic leader and compassionate care professional driving excellence in home-based caregiving through Loveta Home Care Services. An MBA student at Daystar in Project and Strategic Management and with experience at the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, Kenya (UNOCHA), she brings a strong blend of structured systems thinking, operational discipline, and people-centred leadership.

She has positioned Loveta as a trusted provider of personalised care for the elderly, individuals in recovery, and families seeking reliable in-home support—anchored on dignity, consistency, and trust.

Beyond her professional role, Sophia serves as the Secretary of the Muigai Prestige Estate Residents Association (MPERA), where she leads governance and community development initiatives, and as the Treasurer of the Mama’s Welfare Association, where she oversees financial stewardship and promotes accountability in community support systems. She is also actively engaged in church leadership, reflecting her commitment to service and servant leadership.

An entrepreneur at heart, she runs multiple ventures focused on building sustainable, impact-driven solutions. Her work is defined by one principle: care that preserves dignity, empowers independence, and builds meaningful human connections.
